Aldebaran LLC, DBA- Salty Debby’s operates an online marketplace for sustainably sourced seafood products, including salmon and other fish, with pre-order sales and designated pick-up/delivery locations. Salty Debby's

2. Orders and Payment

  • By placing an order, you promise that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

  • All prices are listed on the Site and may change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or availability.

  • Payment is processed through our checkout system at the time of purchase.

3. Delivery & Pick-Up

  • Delivery and pick-up schedules are listed on the Site and may vary by region. Salty Debby's

  • You are responsible for collecting your order at the scheduled time and location unless alternate arrangements are made in writing with us before the scheduled pick-up/delivery.

  • We are not liable for late or failed deliveries due to circumstances beyond our control.

4. Products

  • All products are wild and flash-frozen or otherwise preserved at peak freshness.

  • Product descriptions are provided in good faith and reflect the best available information, but we do not guarantee accuracy regarding nutritional or ingredient details.

5. Refunds & Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of frozen seafood, all sales are final unless the product is damaged or there is an error by us.

  • If you believe you received a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of pick-up/delivery with photos and order details.

  • We will review and respond with a replacement or credit at our discretion.

6. Use of the Site

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful activities

  • Attempt to harm or exploit the Site

  • Interfere with other users’ experience

7. Intellectual Property
